These Terms & Agreement apply to all Live Event Collage Painting services. By booking services, the Client agrees to the following terms.
A non-refundable retainer of 30% is required to secure the event date. Dates are not reserved until the retainer and signed agreement are received. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event date. Bookings made within 14 days of the event require full payment upfront.
The Client agrees to provide: Setup access at least 60 minutes before start time + A safe, weather-protected space (for outdoor events). The Artist reserves the right to adjust setup if conditions are unsafe.
The Artist will create a flat-lay style collage painting inspired by meaningful event details such as invitations, florals, fabrics, heirlooms, and other selected elements. If requested, a hand-painted venue element may be incorporated using reference photographs provided by the Client. Artwork may be completed during the event or finalized afterward in the studio to ensure quality.
The Client acknowledges familiarity with the Artist’s portfolio and understands that all artwork is created in the Artist’s unique style. Final composition, layout, and artistic decisions remain at the Artist’s discretion.
The Client agrees to:
Provide reference images if venue painting is requested
Ensure requested items are available during the event
Communicate special requests in advance
Local travel within 30 km is included. Additional travel may require:
Mileage fees
Parking fees
Accommodation (if required)
Travel costs will be confirmed prior to booking.
Retainers are non-refundable. If cancellation occurs:
More than 30 days before event — remaining balance not required
Within 30 days — up to 50% balance may be required
Within 14 days — full balance required
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
If additional time is required beyond booked hours, overtime may be billed at $150–$300 per hour, subject to availability.
Artwork may be completed at the event or finalized afterward. Final delivery typically occurs within 2–6 weeks after the event. Shipping fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the Client.
The Artist reserves the right to photograph and share images of the artwork and setup for portfolio and marketing use. Clients requesting privacy must notify the Artist in writing prior to the event.
The Artist retains full copyright ownership of the artwork. The Client receives ownership of the physical artwork only. Reproduction or commercial use requires written permission.
If the Artist is unable to attend due to illness or emergency, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or refund payments received. Liability shall not exceed the total amount paid.
